In this 6 week remote journey we'll connect each week by phone for our weekly intention and inquiry. We'll be working with a specific spirit remedy (energetics from wildflowers, crystals, gems or trees) each week to support us as we move through any blocks we have (confusion, fear, worry, grief, anger, etc.) that are limiting our power and divine guidance.
These energetics will also aid us in receiving intuitive guidance from our unique soul essence.
Our intentions for each week will be as follows:
Week 1: GROUNDING - We need to feel grounded into our own bodies and Gaia to move through the intensity of these times. To trust the messages that we're receiving and to know that we each have a unique purpose here at this time.
Week 2: PROTECTION - This is particularly important for empaths to practice containing their own energy and encircling themselves from leaking or draining their energy, as well as removing themselves from energy 'vampires'. This is an important practice for all of us these days and pertains to protecting ourselves from the energies and 'information' rooted in fear.
Week 3: FEELINGS - We'll work towards accessing what you need help moving through in this moment, whether it be fear, confusion, resistance, worry, etc. As we access these pent up emotions, we can heal them and move forward.
Week 4: CLARITY - We'll connect to our Higher Soul Self for assistance through our dreams and decision making.
Week 5: INTUITION - We'll work towards our own visioning and psychic guidance and insights.
Week 6: CONNECTION - Pulling all of the intentional work we've done for the past 5 weeks, we'll feel more capable of connecting deeply with ourselves, each other for building community and intimate relationships, as well as a deep meeting with Gaia.
*You'll receive 6 Spirit Remedies as part of this remote journey to work with while we're together and for ongoing support. All of my essences are crafted with permission from the flower, stone or tree that I work with as well as reverence, ceremony and intuitive guidance.
*We'll begin the week of Dec. 19th but the exact Day will be determined collectively. I'd prefer it to be around 6/7 PM EST Mon - Thurs. But again, we'll decided that after registration closes.
