Cranial Sacral Therapy is a form of bodywork that utilizes gentle holds at various points on the body with a focus on the cranium (skull). Special attention is paid to the rhythm of the cerebral spinal fluid that flows around the brain, spinal cord and sacrum. This technique assists in releasing physical and energetic holding patterns and restrictions, reduces (or eliminates) headaches and migraines, supportive repair due to impacts to the body, such as: whiplash, concussion, TRE and stroke, emotional processes, auto-immune, neurological, digestive and a myriad of other influences that emit strain on the body or central nervous system. Clients often notice its positive effects on symptoms of stress, depression, insomnia and anxiety, as well a myriad of other conditions.

CST assists to rebalance the pulse to your cerebral spinal system and supports nervous system regulation, as well as allowing the resolution of conditions resulting from stress and trauma to discharge from the body.
Essentially, everyone can benefit from this gentle, relaxing and profound treatment!

Sessions are performed with the client clothed, please wear loose comfortable clothing.
