My creations are guided by intuition and my relationship with the natural world. Layering intentions and deep communion into all I do. I'm a space holder and love holding ceremony for others to connect more intimately to the Earth and Her Allies and to support transformative healing and a deeper sense of self. I've also held various positions within the Wellness channel from repping herb companies and organic bodycare lines to product education. This reflects my personal lifestyle also. I've been an heirloom gardener and seed saver for a couple of decades, along with foraging for food and medicine. My professional and personal life is deeply intertwined. I'm also an advocate for shadow work, cultivating a personal relationship with Nature and the Divine.
Your healing is in your hands. I'm here to facilitate and support you. My sessions and ceremonies may weave my intuitive gifts with bodywork, stone medicine, medicinal cacao and other plant medicines, my vibrational remedies, sound healing and ritual. I maintain a deep connection with Gaia and our Nature Allies and believe this is essential to our well-being.
