Myofascial Release - The fascia, is a continuous, web-like structure that is throughout our body and surrounds and embeds every muscle and organ. It becomes restricted and stuck, creating limited range of motion and ineffective muscle strength and organ functions. MFR is used without lotion or oil working from the upper superficial layers, down into deeper muscles and tissue. It offers pain relief and increased range of motion.
It can be very relaxing and extremely helpful for injury recovery. Cupping may also be utilized.
Vacuum Massage Cupping - Cupping in some form can be found world wide as a traditional treatment for tight and injured muscles, scar tissue and restricted fascia. Cupping lifts the tissues rather than compresses them. It helps the muscles release lactic acid, it can help the body discharge memory and tends to be relaxing for people.
